Structural, optical and photocatalytic properties of cerium doped Ba2TiMoO6 double perovskite

چکیده
Ce doped Ba 2 TiMoO 6 nanomaterials with different concentrations were synthesized by solid state technique. It was determined the XRPD method that atomic and molecular structures of Ti 1-x x MoO [ =(1,3,5,7)%] compound in tetragonal crystal system crystallized P 4 mm space group. The purification parameters found to be gof 1.2 Rf 1.60. Scanning Electron Microscopy, Transmission surface area analysis used examine morphology. UV–Vis diffuse reflectance photoluminescence spectroscopies investigate optical properties. study results showed successful synthesis pure nanopowders, characterized 8–20 nm grain size, 3.41–3.6 eV bandgap, violet emission at 426.67 wavelength. photocatalytic activities produced samples tested against Methyl it observed these activity values increased percentage doping.
